House Rules

• FARAWAY is an adults only dwelling, no children under 16 years old and a maximum of six adults per stay.
  
• This is a smoke free precinct, no smoking.
  
• No pets.
  
• Minimum two nights stay, but with all that the Island has to offer, we recommend staying for at least a week.
  
• Early check-in and late check-out available, with a full day blocked out between bookings for cleaning and re-stocking. Please let us know what works best for you.
• Guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition which includes disposing of rubbish in the bins provided.

Fees & Charges

• The total fee is payable on initial booking (by bank transfer details on invoice).
• Cancellations beyond 28 days from date of arrival, a full refund will be made.
• Cancellations 14-28 days from date of arrival, a 50% refund will be made.
• Cancellations less than 14 days from arrival, a 100% forfeiture may be taken, dependent on the possible re-booking of the property.
• Time permitting, variations to your booking may be possible depending on other bookings.
• Additional charges may be charged against your credit card for property damage, additional cleaning requirements, usage abuse or smoking impacts on the property.

Restrictive Use

We could be extremely prescriptive with the rules we impose for your stay, but we want it to be as enjoyable as possible, so please let common sense prevail and let’s talk about what you might want to do that might be considered outside of sensible occupancy rules, such as gatherings of other people, or commercial use of the property. We can provide a range of expertly curated services – just ask.

Privacy

All personal information and all information about your booking will not be passed onto any third parties except, and if, required by law.

Unless we have your permission we will only contact you about issues that relate to your booking.
